That being said I feel like it's less about the exact format and so much more about the processes you kickstart within yourself when you engage in a space like this with likeminded women. Priceless 🌺

Yes, and yes!

Most of the journey is self-paced so you can move in your own rhythm and come back to the tools whenever you need them. We do work in 90-day cycles, that you initiate for yourself when you're ready for a season of devotion!

We'll walk through it all together inside the Hive community, through reflections, shared experiences, and there’s 1 monthly call to get together and share what's alive, being there for each other and witnessing each other's growth.

There’s no fixed schedule or pressure to “keep up.” This space is here to support your life, not run it. :)

Some women love starting their day with an elixir or a self-hypnosis practice which can take anywhere from 10-20 mins. It becomes a daily rhythm that just sets them up for an iconic day.

Others might not feel the need to do that but just drop in when they notice a fear holding them back, they feel stuck or off-track or in need of clarity. So they go to their toolbox, take what they need to resolve it, and that's that for the week!

 So the tools are designed so you can use them daily if you want, or simply reach for what you need when you notice inner friction. 

When you enter, I do recommend you follow a 4-week activation program in which you'll get really familiar with theta, hypnosis and your subconscious mind. In this period it is highly recommend you practice every day (takes 10-15 min or so!) You'll really get to feel the shifts by the end of this first program :)

And- the community is al always-thing ❤️‍🔥

Absolutely! You commit to 3 months at a time (one full 90-day cycle of your choosing). 

You can cancel your membership in the platform easily anytime, and you'll keep access to the materials and calls until your membership expires.

This space is a best fit for women who are spiritually open or curious, and who are already in touch with personal growth whether that’s through therapy, coaching, meditation, or self-development work.

You can totally be new to hypnosis! Most women here are. I'll walk you through everything super step by step. It does helps if you’re already familiar with the idea of going inward, and willing to explore your inner world with honesty and self-responsibility.

The tools you'll learn can be applied for anything in your life: overcoming fears, building habits, increasing confidence, changing your money mindset, opening to love, healing (chronic) diseases, you name it and women in SUPERNOVA have done it. 

So your intention + the energy you invest into practicing is what dictates your outcome.
